John Peschieri
John Peschieri joined BAR as President in June 2026. He has built his career on a strong foundation of engineering, leadership, and hands-on experience. John has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology from SUNY Utica-Rome in New York, which set the stage for over 25 years working as a mechanical engineer.
In 2014, John started his own firm, taking an entrepreneurial step that allowed him to expand in both his technical and leadership capabilities. In 2017, he relocated to North Carolina and spent nearly nine years at his last company, serving as President during his last two years. In this role he focused on driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Outside of work, John is a dedicated family man. He is married and has three children, two daughters and a son. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with family, going to the mountains, hunting, and riding his Harley-Davidson.
