Josh Flynn

Josh Flynn joined BAR in 2026 as an estimator. He brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 years focused on structural steel and miscellaneous metals, with a background in welding inspection and an AAS degree. Josh spent nearly five years as a Division 5 subcontractor estimator before joining BAR Construction in 2026 to bring that trade-level expertise to general contracting estimating.

Josh grew up in Winston-Salem and now lives in Stokesdale with his wife, Ashley, and their two kids.
