This 42,398-square-foot, single-story Workforce Development Building was constructed for Rockingham Community College to provide a modern, flexible space for education, training, and community engagement. The facility features classrooms, administrative offices, conference rooms, a 200-seat corporate meeting space with a catering kitchen, and dedicated storage areas to support a variety of workforce development programs and events. Built with a structural steel frame, architectural metal panels, and brick veneer, the building combines durability with a clean, contemporary design that will serve the community for years to come.
