Chad Hensley
While studying Wildlife Management at Virginia Tech, a summer job as a laborer fueled Chad’s interest in construction. This interest has led to a 30-year career that started with building luxury homes in the mountains to working on dozens of commercial projects in various capacities throughout North Carolina and Virginia. The early years in the field enabled Chad to develop strong relationships with tradesmen and a commonsense approach to problem solving which comes in handy every day when putting bids together at Bar Construction.
Chad and his wife Ann live in Asheboro with Reggie, their Bluetick Coonhound. Saturdays in the fall are typically centered around Chad’s love of college football, but any other time they may be visiting with family and friends, hiking, scuba diving, or slowly but surely restoring a vintage Airstream camper that sits on their land in the Blue Ridge mountains.
